Seats fill in deposit order

Seats are confirmed by deposit, not by who enquired first. A conversation alone does not hold a seat.

Payment in full is the default

Payment in full is the default. If that is difficult you can hold a seat with a deposit, but the balance must be paid within 48 hours — after that the seat is released to the next person.

The refund rules are identical whether you pay in full or by deposit.

What we need from you

These parts are yours to do

We do not do all of it for you. Without these seven, neither the price nor the schedule holds. Please read them before signing.

  1. Name one person who will edit it Required

    No development background needed — using ChatGPT or Claude at work is enough. But one person has to own it.

    Without that person, nobody can edit after handover and this package simply does not work for you.

  2. Send materials within 48 hours

    Logo, business details, existing copy, and the accounts we need to connect. Time we spend waiting pushes back other clients.

    Past 48 hours your build slot moves back. If it stalls over 30 days the contract ends without a refund.

  3. Open the accounts in your own name Required

    Domain, server, KakaoTalk channel, and payment accounts must be in your name. We never register them under ours — that is what keeps your service safe if we disappear.

    We cannot open or verify accounts on your behalf, and delays here delay the build.

  4. The decision-maker joins directly

    If everything passes through a messenger, reviews and revisions loop forever. Whoever makes the call needs to be in the room.

    Rework caused by relayed feedback falls outside scope and is quoted separately.

  5. Attend the handover walkthrough Required

    It takes about 40 minutes. We guide by voice while your person drives. Delivery is complete only once this is passed.

    Skip it and delivery stays open; if you still cannot do it after three sessions, we refund in full.

  6. Let us publish the case study

    This is what the price buys us: a named testimonial, your company name and logo, and the recorded handover.

    If you would rather stay private, this cohort is not for you — a standard-rate project is.

  7. Adopt our structure as it is

    This price exists because we reuse the structure and modules from services we already operate. A bespoke build from a blank page is not included.

    If you need bespoke design, high-traffic architecture, or managed operations, a standard-rate project suits us both better.

What you do after you graduate

Handover is not the finish line — these four have to work. The real time each takes is listed.

  1. Pick one person

    Name the person who will edit the site. No development background needed — using ChatGPT or Claude at work is enough.

  2. Pass the walkthrough together

    We guide by voice while your person drives. Edit copy, swap an image, add a page, roll back, and find the logs — pass those five and delivery is complete.

  3. Edit from the recipe book

    Copy a prompt from the book into your AI, check the result, hit deploy. A copy change usually takes three to five minutes.

    3–5 minutes per edit

  4. Roll back when something breaks

    One click returns the site to its previous state, so you can try things freely. During the free Q&A window you can also just ask us.

Terms

What we ask in return

The price is this low to earn case studies and testimonials, so that is what we ask for.

  • You agree that we may record the handover walkthrough and publish it as a case study.
  • You agree to give a named testimonial and let us show your company name and logo.
  • If requested materials take more than 48 hours, your build slot moves back in the queue.
  • Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately at the standard rate.
  • Builds are scheduled in payment order; the last slot starts up to eight weeks later.
Refunds

Refund policy

A low price does not mean no refunds. Here is exactly what comes back, and when.

After the first draft is delivered No refund; you receive all work produced
  • Whether you paid in full or held the seat with a deposit, the rules above apply the same way.
  • Refund requests go by email; we confirm the outcome and amount within two business days.
  • Confirmed refunds are paid within seven business days, with a corrected tax invoice if one was issued.
  • Already-spent costs such as domain fees and paid font or image licences are deducted.
  • Once a refund is confirmed, you must stop using and delete the source and documents handed over.
