Where did it start?
A festival with international artists and visitors must handle languages, payment methods, refunds and on-site entry in one system, and it must not go down when traffic peaks during the event.
What did we build?
Event and ticket lists, checkout, guest order lookup and my-tickets with QR were designed mobile-first. Domestic cards and PayPal run side by side, in Korean, English, Chinese, Japanese and Spanish. Operators manage artist lineups, schedules, orders and refunds in the admin panel.
