Where did it start?
Readers wanted to read the print magazine comfortably on a phone, react with each other and keep purchased issues when switching devices.
What did we build?
Buying and reading issues, comments, character fortune readings, store payment and purchase restore were combined into one app. We also built the app site and the promo video.
- Phone and tablet viewer with offline reading
- Floating and live comments over the page
- Fortune readings by two characters
- App Store and Google Play coins with purchase restore
- Kakao, Naver and Google login
- New-issue push notifications and in-app support
Can this apply to my product?
A reference for apps that sell content and gather reader reactions — magazines, webtoons, courses — and any app needing in-app purchase and restore.
New projects start by defining the core features together, then a quote by scope. Payment is 50% deposit, 30% at checkpoint and 20% at handover and source delivery.
