Where did it start?
Files with payroll, contracts and customer data leak the moment they are copied or opened on another PC. A check was needed at the moment of opening, without changing how people work.
What did we build?
Selected files are encrypted as .popa; opening one on a PC shows a one-time QR valid for 30 seconds. The registered phone shows the file name and requesting PC and must approve. File contents and passwords never leave the PC.
